As part of the service we offer and to further enhance your enjoyment of your Hilton Head Island, SC home away from home. We work with all of the many vendors needed to properly maintain and keep your property in its best condition. We will be responsible for scheduling and verifying all contracted work.

We will communicate and act as your liaison with the vendors to make sure the work is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

 In the event a vendor is not performing his duties as contracted, we will, with your permission, intervene on your behalf to remedy the issues or help in the replacement of the service in question. We consider this to be an integral part of the service we provide our valued clients.
